🍊Adrenal cocktails are another daily treat i like to enjoy. These are a great afternoon pick me up that helps to balance hormones, regulate blood sugar and energy levels.
1/2 cup Orange Juice
1/2 cup Coconut water
Pinch of sea salt
1 scoop grass fed collagen peptides
Mix well
