Shipping policy

Items will be shipped out within 3 business days of purchasing. We are closed on Holidays therefore this may affect the turnaround time for shipping. We ship with USPS and you will be charged for shipping upon checkout. Once an order has shipped we cannot cancel, exchange or return that order due to our return policy which does not allow the return of beauty products. If you have any issues with the shipping, please contact us at honorskinandbody@gmail.com so that we can make it right. 

 

Please note that some of our products can melt in high heat and shipping may cause them to melt. If you receive your item(s) and they have melted, place them in a cool area, stir gently and let sit for about an hour or 2 and they should cool down and harden again. Also, if it is very cold-they could become harder than usual and may need to warm up. If this is the case-place in a warm room like the bathroom and they will soften again.
