FAQs

Will my products melt?

Tallow does melt at 85 degrees Fahrenheit. If your tallow melts, just stir it and leave it sit in room temperature until it hardens again. Your tallow can also get harder when it is cold. If you prefer it to be softer-keep it somewhere warm like the bathroom. Be cautious of humidity getting into your tallow as it could cause mold.

How long will my products last?

Tallow and our other products can last up to a year, however, we suggest using your products within 6 months to ensure quality since we do not use any preservatives in our products. It is best to store your products in a dark cool place away from humidity and water. If water gets into your products, it could cause mold. If you notice mold in your product-discontinue use.

Are all the ingredients organic?

We shop local for most of our ingredients and we make sure all of our products are not treated with synthetic chemicals, hormones, fertilizers, insecticides, fragrances, etc. Our tallow is 100% grass-fed and finished. We cannot always ensure all ingredients are certified organic, but we do make sure they are the best quality ingredients possible.

How do i apply the dry shampoo?

Our dry shampoo comes in a shaker bottle which means all you have to do is shake the powder out onto your roots! If your hair is very greasy, section your hair out and add the dry shampoo to your roots in each section. Once applied everywhere you need it-take your fingers and gently tousle your hair at the roots to blend it all in.
